The Importance of Evolving as a Parent and Allowing Room for Growth
Mequell and Adam are joined by licensed marriage and family therapist Crystal Bowman for a discussion about the importance of evolving as a parent and allowing room for growth. Parenting is always a challenge but even more so when our children are working through their own mental health and mental illness issues. This podcast address some listener questions about the rise in popularity of labeling common challenges in relationships as toxic or traumatic and how we can love and support our children from afar when they distance themselves.

Today's guest is my dear friend Crystal. I think you'll love her!

How to Teach Your Kids About Sex
“How can I teach my kids about sex?”
I get this question all of the time. As we are learning and growing, we want to help our kids have a different experience with sex that we had. I get it. So when I heard about Crystal Bowman and her method of talking to kids about sex, I just knew I needed to have her on the podcast. She shares a better way to explain sex to our children than the way most of us were taught. I absolutely love this method of teaching our preteens, teens, and even young adults, and I know you will too.
